  3.    adds a hostmask to the ignore list, with your nickname and an
  4.    optional comment.  an ignore added manually like this becomes
  5.    "permenent", ie, it will not expire automatically.  to make
  6.    the bot stop ignoring this hostmask, you must eventually use
  7.    a '-ignore' command.
